Curious about other rides

This post is intentionally open-ended: Tell me about your bike(s).

I suspect if you work back, you'll find other posts by other members on the same topic.

Clyde, my first bike (as an adult), is a Globe Specialized "Carmel"--kind of a hybrid with mountain-bike suspension and city-bike handlebars, with a "comfort" configuration kind of like a forward-tilted recumbent pedaling position. Clyde was a great starting point for a middle-aged person returning to cycling after 40 years, but I'm ready to sell him and move on.

Eleanor O, my second bike, is a Dutch Workcycles Omafiets. I ride her every day and I love her to bits. Everything about her is solid and well-made and high-quality and convenient, perfect for my all-urban, bike-only lifestyle.

My third bike--which is still in the imagination phase, will be a Brompton. I see them more and more around town, and I really would like a lightweight folder for travel and mini-touring.

Easy, I wasn't criticising, I just had a feeling (wrongly, apparently) a lot of people had posted something like that already.
