A review of office-friendly bike clothes -- but the cost is pretty steep!

What do you find works well for you as bike-to-work (or meetings, or school, or whatever) clothing? I wear a lot of skirts and pants with a high synthetic content, myself, but would welcome other suggestions.

Well, this may not be exactly what you were thinking of, but I got one of those going-on-safari-type vests with all the pockets, and I keep the things I want to have on me for biking in it. It is a size larger than I would normally wear, so I can take it out of the coat closet and throw it on over anything I'm wearing. That way I feel free to wear clothes without pockets and pack a modest sized (or none at all) purse, because anything I could possibly need is in that vest. At my destination the vest slips off easily and there I am all dressed for success. *g*
