I don't think we know each other, but it's always nice to meet another PNW-er (unless you were waving from even farther south, in which case it's always nice to meet a fellow left-coaster).
It's been raining like a very, very rainy raining thing in Portland the last couple of days--the kind of rain that Portland is famous for but doesn't actually get all that often--and it's been challenging to ride in. And yet I ride.

I'm down in Eugene. And yeah, it has been very wet -- my husband biked to the doctor's today, and he has been unhappy about it all afternoon, so I admire your diligence!
